“Earlier this month, I purchased a certified pre-owned Subaru Crosstrek, replacing the Toyota I had owned for 21 years. Martin Varghese very professionally and patiently answered all my questions, highlighted the features of the vehicle and walked me through the high-tech features which, I have to admint, were a bit overwhelming for me. Martin gave me the option of looking at two other Crosstrek’s they had in inventory, one older and one newer, to help me determine my needs. I wanted snow tires installed and a cargo cover and Martin made sure these items were addressed and would be ready to go when I picked up the vehicle. Dawid Kocikowski walked me through all of the financing options and later, through the warranty options. He too was very professional and patient in answering all of my questions. When I picked up the car, Martin showed me how the car had been beautifully detailed and that all of the accessories, winter tires, etc. were in place, as I had requested. He also introduced me to a Service Manager. I am very happy with my purchase and with my experience with the staff at this dealership. “Just picked up our 2025 Crosstrek. We are the type of people who, if the salesperson is pushy or dismissive, we walk. There are other dealerships. The vehicles sell themselves, the salesperson sells the dealership. Our experience at Myers Subaru overall was absolutely top shelf. Our sales rep Martin was excellent… a very personable, knowledgable and respectful young man who, of note listened and spoke directly to my wife during our meetings. This is worth noting as at other dealerships even though my wife asked questions the salespeople would respond to me. Very nicely done. Maher continued with the same personal attention….again, he and Martin shared the same personal attention with both of us. Finalizing the details with Reem was slick and very well handled. This is our 24th purchase and of them all this dealership and staff have shone . “I recently purchased a 2025 Subaru Forester Premier from Myer’s Barrhaven Subaru, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! From start to finish, the service was top-notch and very fast!! Everyone at the dealership, from the front desk friendly receptionist, the sales team, the finance team, and service team was friendly and professional. The process was smooth, transparent, and stress-free. Sales Associate Martin Varghese was incredibly helpful, patient, and honest. He took the time to understand my needs, answer all my questions, and ensure I found the car that met my needs. The selection of vehicles at this Dealership was impressive. I was able to select the car they had on display. Martin and the Sales Manager Mahar worked with me to find a great deal that fit my budget. I felt the pricing was fair, with no hidden fees or surprises. Financial Services Manager Reem Al Wadaa was very patient and helpful in completing all financial logistics quickly and fast tracking the vehicle delivery.
